Nur Atiqah Syazana Mohd Nasir graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a double degree in Bachelor of Legal Studies (BLS) (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons). She was admitted to the Bar in 2016 after completed her pupillage in Messrs Gideon Tan Razali Zaini.

Born with mixed blood of Chinese and Minang heritage, Syazana embarked her legal career in Messrs Lope Maizura in its civil and commercial litigation department in 2016. Desiring to expand her legal expertise, Syazana later joined Messrs Afif Rahman & Chong in June 2020 as a Senior Associate in its litigation department.

Throughout her legal career, Syazana had represented clients from diverse sectors including the Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs), constructions companies, pharmaceuticals companies and private individuals. As an enthusiastic self-starter with strong leadership, Syazana eventually decided to step out of her comfort zone and went back to her humble roots in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan and founded Messrs Syazana Nasir & Partners (SNAP) in 2021.

Over the last six years as a full-time litigator, her legal practise mainly focusing on civil and commercial litigation together with dispute resolution including but not limited to land disputes, debt recovery and contract disputes. Syazana has ample hands-on legal experience in conducting trials and hearings of interlocutory applications (contested and non-contested) in all levels of Court as well as appeal matters.
